These terms cover your use of hyreatlas.com and anything that follows from applying through it. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, the right thing to do is close the page and not apply.
The site is operated by HyreAtlas, contactable at careers@hyreatlas.com, working with people who live in Finland. Where these terms say we, us or our, that is who is meant.
Listing means a position described on this site. Employer means the business that would actually take you on. Applicant means you, the person sending in details. Introduction means us passing your details to an employer with your agreement.
We describe positions, collect applications, and introduce applicants to employers. That is the whole of it. We are not the employer, we do not run anyone payroll, we do not set schedules, and nothing on this site creates an employment relationship between you and HyreAtlas. Any working arrangement is between you and the employer.
Listings are written from what the employer has told us, and we describe them as accurately as we can. Positions get filled, withdrawn, or changed by the employer, sometimes without telling us first. We cannot guarantee that a listing is still open when you read it, and being introduced does not mean you will be taken on.
You fill in the form, then WhatsApp opens with a message prepared for you. You have to press send yourself for a person to pick your application up. If WhatsApp does not work on your device, email careers@hyreatlas.com instead and we will handle it that way. Sending the form alone puts you in the queue; the message is what brings a person to it.
There is no charge for applying, being introduced, or anything else on our side. We will not ask you to buy a starter kit, to top up an account, to purchase credits or coins, to unlock a position, or to deposit money before wages are released. If anyone makes such a request in our name, stop and write to us at the address above.
The employer sets what you are paid, when you are paid, and the hours you keep. Before you start, ask the employer for those in writing: their legal name, what the work involves, the rate, the hours expected and when payment is made. Do not rely on a summary from us or on a conversation for any of that.
If something in an advert does not match what this site says, tell us and we will correct whichever one is wrong. We do not treat this page as overriding a specific claim made elsewhere; the point is to fix the inconsistency, not to argue our way out of it.
How we handle what you send is set out on the privacy page. Applying means you are content for us to hold your details for that purpose and to introduce you to the employer behind the listing you named.
Do not send details that are not yours, do not send anything untrue, do not try to break into or overload the site, do not scrape the pages, and do not use the site to advertise anything of your own. We can stop dealing with an application that breaks any of that.
The wording, layout, images and code on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read and print the pages for your own use. You may not republish them or build a copy of this site from them. What you send us stays yours; you give us permission to use it to introduce you, and nothing more.
The application form runs on Waformly, messaging runs on WhatsApp, and the site is hosted and its email routed by Cloudflare. Those services have their own terms and their own outages, and we do not control them.
We aim to keep the site up, but it may be unavailable for maintenance, for a provider fault, or for reasons outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
Nothing here removes rights you have under Finnish consumer legislation or under European Union law, including the General Data Protection Regulation. Where a term in this document conflicts with such a right, the right wins and the rest of the document still stands.
Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for an employer decision, for how an employer treats you, for money an employer does or does not pay, or for indirect loss such as lost earnings or lost opportunity. We are answerable for our own acts, not for the acts of a business we introduced you to.
If something here is wrong — a typo, an out-of-date detail, a listing that should have come down — we correct it once we know. Tell us and it gets fixed.
Give accurate details, answer the employer honestly about your availability, and tell us if your situation changes so we are not putting you forward for something you can no longer do.
Neither side is in breach of these terms because of something genuinely outside its control, such as a network failure, an act of a public authority, or a natural event.
If a court finds part of this document unenforceable, that part is removed and everything else continues to apply.
This page, together with the privacy page and the compliance page, is the whole of what is agreed between us about your use of this site. It replaces anything said beforehand.
Finnish law applies, and the courts of Finland deal with any dispute.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last moved. Questions go to careers@hyreatlas.com, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm EET.
