HyreAtlas runs the website hyreatlas.com. We introduce people living in Finland to employers offering home-based work. We are an introducer, not the company you end up working for. This page sets out exactly what we hold about you, where it goes, and what you can ask us to do with it.
The application form on this site is provided by Waformly and is hosted at hyreatlas-263g.waformly.com. It asks you for these fields, and nothing else:
Whatever you write in those boxes is what we receive. There are no hidden fields and no questions asked behind the scenes.
Like any website, this one records ordinary technical information when a page loads: the IP address your connection is using, the browser and device you are on, which page you asked for, and the time you asked for it. Our host generates these entries automatically. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
We do not ask for passwords, one-time codes, bank or card details, copies of identity documents, tax numbers, or payment of any kind. If a message claiming to come from HyreAtlas asks you for any of those, it did not come from us. Applicants are never asked to send money to be considered.
Your details exist in our records for one purpose: so that a person can read your application, write back to you on WhatsApp, and pass your details to the employer behind the listing you applied for. We also use the email address to reply if WhatsApp is not working for you.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, we handle your application on the basis of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in running an introduction service. Where we ask for something that is not needed for either of those, we rely on your consent, and you may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
We do not sell applicant lists. We do not rent, swap or trade them. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send you offers for other products. If a second employer later wants to see your details, we ask you first and only pass them on if you say yes.
The employer behind the listing you applied for. When we introduce you, we tell that employer plainly that HyreAtlas is the introducer and that they are the hiring party. Beyond that employer, the only parties who touch your data are the service providers listed below, each of which handles it to run part of the site.
If a court order, a lawful request from an authority, or a legal obligation requires us to hand something over, we will comply. Outside of that, nothing leaves our hands without the reason set out above.
Applying here happens in two parts. You submit the form, and then WhatsApp opens with a message already written out. Opening WhatsApp does not send anything — you have to press send yourself, and you can edit or delete the wording first. Your form entry reaches the form platform the moment you submit it, whether or not you go on to send the message.
The pages themselves set no tracking cookies. The Google Ads measurement tag and the embedded form may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, and you can clear or block those through your browser settings without losing the ability to apply.
The conversion tag reports that an application happened. It does not carry your name, your number or your email address into that report. We do not use enhanced conversions, we do not upload customer lists to any advertising platform, and we do not run remarketing audiences built from applicants.
Our providers operate internationally, so your details may be processed on servers outside Finland and outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, including the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Application records are kept for twelve months from the last time you contacted us, then deleted. Server log entries are held for up to thirty days. Backups may hold a copy for up to a further thirty days before they are overwritten in the ordinary cycle.
The site is served over HTTPS, access to application records is limited to the people who need it to reply to you, and the accounts that hold those records are protected by individual logins. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise, but those are the measures actually in place.
Once an employer has your details, that employer holds its own copy and becomes responsible for it under its own policy. The same is true of the WhatsApp conversation, which sits in Meta systems as well as on your phone. Asking us to delete our record does not reach those copies, and we will tell you so plainly rather than promise otherwise.
Write to careers@hyreatlas.com and you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct something that is wrong, ask us to erase it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to us holding it at all. You may also ask for your details in a portable form. We answer within thirty days. Withdrawing consent stops anything further, but it cannot pull back an introduction already made.
No algorithm decides whether you are put forward. A person reads every application, and the employer makes the hiring decision.
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly keep details from anyone under eighteen, and if we find such a record we delete it.
Tell us first at careers@hyreatlas.com. We will look at it again ourselves and write back. If our answer does not satisfy you, you are entitled to take the matter to the data protection supervisory authority in Finland. If a breach occurs that is likely to put your rights at risk, we notify the authority within seventy-two hours and tell you directly where the risk to you is high.
If we add a new service provider or change how any of this works, we update this page before the change goes live, and the date at the top moves with it.
