Compliance

This page is here so that anyone reading the site — an applicant, an employer, or a platform reviewing our adverts — can see in one place what HyreAtlas does, what it does not do, and where the risks in this kind of arrangement actually sit. It is written plainly rather than defensively.
HyreAtlas is an introduction service. We write up positions that employers describe to us, collect applications from people living in Finland, and pass those applications on. We are not a staffing agency holding your contract, not an employer, and not a payroll provider. If you take up a position, your working relationship is with that employer and not with us.
We cannot promise that you will be taken on, that a listing is still open by the time you read it, or that an employer will keep to a schedule you discussed. We do not set rates and we do not release payments, so we are not in a position to guarantee either. Anyone who tells you a home-based position is certain, or that earnings are fixed regardless of the work done, is not describing how this works.
Applying costs nothing, and being introduced costs nothing. We will never ask you to pay a deposit, buy equipment through us, purchase credits, top up a balance, or send money before wages are released. Legitimate work does not require an applicant to pay in order to start. If a request like that ever reaches you with our name attached, treat it as fraud, do not pay, and write to careers@hyreatlas.com so we can look into it.
Before your first shift, ask the employer to put the basics in writing: the legal name of the business, what the work actually involves, the rate, the hours expected of you, and when payment is made. A short written message is enough. If an employer will not put those in writing, that is worth pausing over, and you are free to tell us you would rather not proceed.
Listings are based on what the employer tells us. We do not add earnings figures of our own, we do not publish success rates or placement counts, and we do not quote ratings we cannot evidence. Where a listing and an advert disagree, we correct whichever is wrong instead of relying on a general disclaimer to cover it.
The form asks for your name, age, gender, nationality, city of residence, email address and WhatsApp number. Those details go to the employer behind the listing you applied for, and to the providers that run the site. We keep them for twelve months from your last contact. The full account, including how to see, correct or delete what we hold, is on the privacy page.
We run a Google Ads conversion tag, identifier AW-18270392796, which records that an application took place. Your name, number and email are not sent into that measurement. We do not upload applicant lists to advertising platforms and we do not build remarketing audiences from people who applied.
This service is for adults. We do not hold applications from anyone under eighteen. Whether you are entitled to work in Finland is a matter between you and the employer, and the employer is responsible for checking it.
We pass applications on as they come and do not filter them by gender, nationality or background. The fields on the form exist because employers ask for them, not because they are used to screen anyone out on our side.
If a message, an advert or an employer approach does not look right, write to careers@hyreatlas.com with what you received. We read those, we act on them, and where a listing turns out to be a problem we take it down rather than leave it running.
Send a complaint to the same address. A person reviews it and replies. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you keep every right you have under Finnish and European Union law, including the right to raise a data protection matter with the supervisory authority in Finland.
